These Terms of Service apply to the services provided by KC Handyman & Property Services. By requesting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide handyman, maintenance, renovation, roofing, waterproofing, aluminium, and related property services in Benoni, Boksburg and the East Rand. The exact scope of any job is agreed with you before work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and on an assessment of the work. Prices may be adjusted if the scope changes or if conditions on site differ from what was described. Any changes are discussed with you before additional work is carried out.
Bookings and payment
Booking dates are confirmed in advance. Payment terms are agreed before work starts. Please raise any concerns about completed work with us promptly so we can put them right.
Workmanship and liability
We take care to complete every job to a good standard. Our liability is limited to the work we carry out. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or for issues caused by factors outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
